I'd like to see more of Dragon Fly, Silen Spider, and Tiger Moth

"You're too young"..... "old enough to try to catch them"? Do we really want to know what he means by that?

Agreed.
3 villainesses with potential...a dragon lady, a spider-woman and a tigress...what a waste! :(

Lady X
From the Gotham Girls episode "Lady - X"
FYI: Lady-X was based on the winner of the Gotham Girls "Create a Super Hero" contest, a character named "the Muse" by R. Larry Williams.
Here are some other entries...

These entries are about 20 years old...and I think some of them are as good (if not better) than I've seen from professionals at DC.
I remember seeing those entries back in the day. Damn, some of those were REALLY good.
Agreed.

It's kind of funny how Poison Ivy has her own decent sized Rogue's Gallery with Allergent, Grimley, Harvest, Redwood, Dragon Fly, Silken Spider and Tiger Moth. And Floronic Man even if he's technically a Swamp Thing villain.

This storyline was such a mess. It left so many questions.
What was her Backstory?
Why was she mind controlling kids?
Why did she have an obsession with butterflies?
They had a civilian character with red hair show up for a page, but they never got around to corroborating it was her.
Still not as bad as the Catwoman issue with Truck driving ninja florists.

Back in the day, Jason Woodrue began as a foe of Ray Palmer's The Atom.
