I think the one thing that’ll get them to course correct is a divisive reaction from the audience. We saw how quickly Star Wars was to fix things when The Last Jedi split the fandom.
And yet...
Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi $620,181,382
Solo: A Star Wars Story $213,767,512
Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker $515,202,542
They really fixed things...

Well let me rephrase myself, we saw how quick they were to try and fix things. Lol.

fair enough. :D

I mean I really think there is do much hype and money that can be made with a "Black Panther Return of the King" of they really do kill off T'Challa that I don't see them passing up that kind of money. Especially when you look at images like from EG. Letitia does NOT have the physique to pull off wearing the habit, and of she did end up doing that in WF it would be very... Unconvincing

Co-signed. Let’s just hope Marvel sees that the Multiverse provides them with an out. Especially with how that last episode of what if ended.

I just find myself wondering how many people, if Feige & Coogler do use the multiverse as a way to recast, will assume it was because of fan outcry, instead of being the plan all along.
That's assuming, of course, that T'Challa is dead in the sequel, something we still don't know. But of course, the fans are always right about what movies will be about, right? I so clearly remember Cap & the rogue Avengers saving the day in that big battle in the US in the first BP movie...

For the record I’d prefer an outright recast, but if T’Challa gets clapped in this movie then they’re gonna have to recast via multiverse.

Doctor Strange 2 got pushed to July of next year. I guess BP2 is going to get pushed back as well.

Gives them a little more time to fix the CGI/Post at least.

Unless they used that extra time to recast I couldn't care less

We all know that's not happening This film

Do yall think they are risking it putting it so close to The Flash? Maybe The Flash moves though.

I honestly think Killmonger was going to be in the movie, but removing T'Challa ended that. Seemed like it was always set up for T'Challa to see Killmonger in the ancestral plane. Shuri/Killmonger would feel awkward and forced.
Speaking of which if she takes the herb how do you explain her NOT seeing T'Challa? (assuming they killed him)
