Hey,
Since there has been no news about the Shazam movie for a while, I was wondering who you guys think should be cast as the characters.
I'll start out.
Captain Marvel: Matt Bomer
Mary Marvel: Michelle Tractenberg
Dr. Sivana: Bob Balaban
Uncle Dudley: Bill Murray
Tawky Tawny: Morgan Freeman
Shazam: Sean Connery
I've got no idea for the kids.
Isn'tMatt Bomer kinda tiny for the role?

I think he means build.
How about Mark Wahlberg, he's already played a role with The Rock, and he has plenty of experience acting like a child.
I'd love to see Rob Riggle or Patrick Warburton as Shazam/Captain Marvel. Riggle looks like C.C. Beck drew him, and they both have the size and the attitude.
The tough thing about casting Billy (and possibly Mary and Freddy) is the aging factor. Kids can't look twelve forever, and if we cast them now, it's likely they'll be too old by the time shooting begins. And that's a problem for the sequels too. Unless they went the route of the Back To The Future sequels and shot all of them at once.

They would be great, but I think they're both too old.

Jared Padalecki as CM3/Transformed Freddy Freeman (I think that if they utilize Freddy, it would be better to fully transform him rather than leaving him a teenager. And maybe trick photography could be used to make him look smaller than Cap.)
