Highlander, the original version with the Queen soundtrack.
I also have this thing for the Ladyhawke soundtrack, even though it all sounds the same. Its like one giant workout track.

I saw it in the movies when I a youngin.' Fond memories. But I used to giggle at the music, not that it wasn't good but I just... I dunno… lol. Maybe because you said it sounded like workout music rather than adventure/fantasy music. I mean I wonder how it would sound in The Lord of the Rings with Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli running along the landscape.
Yay! Finally got around to posting this!

If you scratch beneath the surface you'll find out, that there wasn't much of a duel in the film, since both guitar performances were laid down by Steve Vai, but if Ralph Macchio was able to convince the world, that he is a Martial Arts expert, why wouldn't he pass as a Guitar Virtuoso, too?

I can't believe I've forgotten this one. I actually own the movie but I couldn't watch it again for a while. It affected me that much. I can hear the music clearly, though. It's not something you can forget.

Very well crafted. This had a real sinister sound to it and I remember it unnerving me, lol.
Score from The Last of the Mohicans. Ok... now I cannot even describe how much I like this one. Mind blown.

Music from The Dark Crystal by Trevor Jones. Jim Henson's underrated gem.
