What's your question?

Well she married Charles in one. And married Apocalypse in another. Marrying the creator of Sentinels who has mutant children (Larry, Tanya) isn’t a surprised, when you’re trying to take down the mutant overlord who took over Earth and killed half of humanity. Don’t forget Emma Frost was also on Bolivar and Moira’s side AoA.
Maybe she didn’t commit suicide in AoA, because she was scared Apocalypse would kill her in her next life before she turned 13 and got her power.

Indeed, Bolivar, Moira and Emma were all part of the Human High Council in AoA. Not only them though, also Brian Braddock (in current MU: Captain Avalon) and Mariko Yashida (in current MU: Scarlet Samurai) were also part of the Human High Council.
What's your question?
How does the AoA fit in with her 10-only lives?
And why did she not just sacrifice herself to reset the timeline instead of letting it deteriorate into a literal nuclear armaggeddon?
Age of Apocalypse is a reality-bent 10th life.
C'mon.

Destiny said 10th might be her last life, or second to last, and in anyway if she resurrects there's always the risk of her dying before getting her powers.

Why did it still continue to exist for decades even after Moira died in XMen Omega?!
Why did it still continue to exist for decades even after Moira died in XMen Omega?!
That's actually a good question but Marvel (and DC) never really explains how alternate realities stick around or die.
So maybe all the previous lives of Moira are alternate realities that stuck around even after she croaked or they disappeared like Age of X.
Legion did not exist in Moira's previous lives like Proteus so everything caused by both of them was things that she could not predict.
A wizard in AoA took away her powers.
Why did it still continue to exist for decades even after Moira died in XMen Omega?!
Well, technically it didn't... if you remember, Bishop goes back in time and wipes out the Age of Apocalypse so it stops existing as an overwritten 616. But, if you're speaking as to why Moira's death didn't reset things, Destiny said she'd only have an eleventh life if she played her cards right.
Actually, the whole Moira angle is the worst part of the entire run.

Which run?
It's comics...not even the most revered and beloved, well written and best reviewed stories aren't without its plot holes if you dissect and pull it apart to see the inner workings.
