Main takeaway from this: Hey, it’s Loki! Maybe with Gillen as Ewing in office they might actually reverse some of the backtracking their character has done since Agent of Asgard
-
i would attempt to read these previews but they're way too blurry for me, the only takeaway is that this book has an amazing colorist
-
Yeah, I love the Color of this book. Reminds me of Water Coloring.....

OMG is that bald old man Kurt, with the bamfs!

And it looks like Blindfold with a piece of Destiny's mask on the QC.

I don't think so, since Ewing recently brought back his Loki as a different character from the post-SW one, and probably intends to end his story in Defenders Beyond.

I like it, I liked the new oc characters from issue one and I like how he's writing David. His David reminds me of his portrayal in the show Legion.

English is not my first language so I have to ask : where is her accent supposed to come from ?
I know Spurrier loves to write those old school accents but I'd like to know what I'm supposed to here .
In other news her design is stunning and the colors looks great. The art looks good and the new character is immediately antipathic, which I love. New ambiguous villain !

Who is the lady with the red face? I saw her on a preview cover as well.

Mother righteous, Spurriers new creation who appeared at the end of the first issue. We know nothing about her accept that she’s a ‘trader’ and has an accent that’s supposed to be a cockney lilt but it reads like an accent only dick van dyke would envy.
-
The art and colouring for this are fantastic. Still not enthusiastic about the writing but we'll see how it progresses.

Ah ok. She's from London then ? I thought she was Arakki.

Imma read it like she's Moira from Schitt's Creek in that episode where they buy the car.

Same, I doubt the cockney accent or even english was a thing back when Arakko was sent to Ameth. But with JDW as head editor I wouldn't be surprised.
