I've got to say, I'm surprised by that Queensryche settlement. I would have bet on joint ownership.

I don't know about that. I think the band indulged Geoff Tate for a long time before finally saying enough was enough.

I'm in the minority opinion but the Geoff Tate QR CD was a bit better than the 3/4 QR CD.
