I'm tempted to post a fight between the Matt Rosenberg Mandarin and the Matt Rosenberg Doom.

It'll probably get explained away as such. Which is fine by me.
Still, even if it's just a Doombot, those are highly impressive feats for Kingpin (and arguably still on the verge of SMvsFL), since it's a robot. But funny how a Doombot or imposter can potentially move a feat from SMvsFL to valid.

doom will fire a "special" bullet and Mandarin will start sweating due to the incredible strain of deflecting it. he will get hit but before dying he will advance upon doom who will be frozen in awestruck fear at the unprecedented event of anyone still able to function after being hit by his special bullet and rip doom apart with his bare hands and thus it will result in a mutual k.o. as both will die in the end at each other's hands. :p

doombots are cheap knockoffs. everyone who has ever read a comic knows that they are just cannon fodder. why even daredevil has managed to fight one or two. :p

Yeah, but by dodging and striking. Fisk takes an energy blast straight to the face. Unless Doombots are fitted with some sort of weird, anti-clothes weapon that shreds clothes but leaves people unharmed, like a super-moth gun (which I would say seems a little unlikely), it’s still SMvFL.
The anti-clothes weapon is much more likely to be used by someone like Naked Ranting Norman Osborn, or as a dickish troll move by Jet-Pack Sabretooth.

maybe the energy blast was absorbed by the great bucket of lard that the kingpin has to carry about. :p perhaps kingpins resistance to blunt trauma may have led Rosenberg to believe he has a measure of energy resistance to the point of being unaffected by point blank fired energy blasts. the extra amount of fat insulates him thus protecting him :p

You're missing the point. Yes, they're cheap knockoffs, but they're still robots. Robots > regular humans (ya know, like the Terminator or Data).
Even if a comic book robot has 1/20th the power of Doom, it's still super powered by human standards. The fact that Daredevil has fought one or two is more a feat of Daredevil and not a low showing for a Doombot.
Fat may insulate you but an energy blast would incinerate your skin and you aren't going to like that. Also, your eyes are gone and you probably can't breath as airways swell.
Just stupid writing.

I think Rosenberg is just one of those guys like Garth Ennis who hates any character who isn't a street-tough. So he jobs them out shamelessly.
Doombot or not, walking through its energy blast is SMvFL for SURE.

yes it's beginning to look like it.

To put it another way which do you think will hurt more, getting punched by a flesh and bone fist or getting punched by a fist made of high-carbon steel?
In the mind of someone like Rosenberg, Doom is unbearably cheesey: a guy in a silly costume who says cringy third-person rants. You can feel the hate dripping from how he treats anyone who isn't a gritty street tough.
Ok. Let's say that was a Doombiot, since it probably was. How strong are doombot blast generally even shown to be? Explode a car? A truck? A tank? Anyway it would be a crediable feat for Fisk is my question.
Imagine if Fisk was really on the level of mandhandle doom proper though. Like they explictly amoed him there and left it. Does the comic get into that? Might be an interesting read if so.
