Hell to the yes!!! This gives me hope that this rumored title change for Ewing’s book to something X-men featuring Cable and Storm is legit. Fingers f’ng crossed for that!!!!
Aren’t they a great duo? I love Cable and Storm fighting side by side. Brings back some of my late 90’s nostalgia. Romance or not, they are just bad ass when they are together.

Duggan hypes Creed's mini.

LaValle says there will be serious nightmare fuel.
For the record, I'd have no problem with a Wolverine-centric event (if we must have them) written by someone like Duggan or Ewing. But the combination of cancellation of most of the line and Percy really kills my enthusiasm.
I haven't seen Ewing writing Wolverine but Duggan???? Really that guy is this generations Bendis who writes him so insufferably where even his own fans don't wanna like Logan.
I think you are right, Ewing brings high concepts, characterization, continuity and worldbuilding but Duggan impressed me with Planet Size and I love his characterization on Uncanny Avengers, he makes the characters come alive on the page, the only thing I have disliked from him is marauders because of his hyper focus on Emma and Kitty but when he does manage groups and gives each one of them their time, he can be great.
Ewing is really hard too follow. I can't buy 4 or 5 different books to follow. It's not like he is the Keith Giffen or Jim Starlin of this generation so I will be compelled to follow. I am tired of Annihilation events

When did he write Logan last? I can’t even remember.

Possibly within the hundreds of issues of Deadpool he wrote?

He writes Logan off and on in SAVAGE AVENGERS. In think his most recent appearance there was in the "King In Black" tie-in issues, but he'll likely turn up again before long.

Yep. Outside of Bunncanny, those are scarce these days. Last story that happebed in was Neil Adams' First X-Men back,in 2012.
But I doubt this will be a depth-filled story for hom. Lol If LaValle is up to it, we may get Weapon X (2002) Tieri-like Creed.
The series is likely a mini. Even at the height of his popularity in the 90's, he just got minis.

Confirmed that Sabertooth is a 5 issue mini
” According to Marvel, the five-issue series reveals what Victor Creed has been up to ... and that it’s not what readers will expect.”

I'm really excited for this. This is the most hopeful I've been for Sabretooth inn years,. Hope this mini is worth it!
Also, they should do more solo minis. I'd love one on Selene and other characters out there. These minis give them greater exposure without committing to an ongoing.

Interesting. Maybe he's been gardening.

I think he has been working for Moira.

Maybe this will be kind of like when the Hulk was seeking revenge against everyone? He comes out guns blazing and madder than ever?
