:eek: Yes they are! Mine's the Wolverine Omnibus Vol. 1 (Miller). I still find them online but they are being sold for $250 and up! :(

I picked up Animal Man and Annihilation Conquest before they went out of print. Some others there I want as well. I can't recommend enough for people to buy their current holy grails which are still in print while they have the chance!
