What about that Amazing X-men annual?
X-Men 215- 216.
Very kick ass Storm there.
For me the best is the story after mutant massacre when storm teams-up with a spoiled brat drug dealer and try to escape from stonewal super sable and crimson commando uncanny x-men 215-216. It has a feeling of horror movie. Amazing stuff. Claremont at his best! Also the morlocks, X-men in Japan with yukio in the streets of Tokyo, The adventures with the adversary life death 1,2 the first appearance of Gmbit vs Shadowking. A lot actually.
Actually it's Magik (Illyana and Storm Limited Series) 1-4.
It shows Storm at her very best and her very worst.
Marvel Fanfare (original series) 41. Main story is an Angel story, but the 2nd one is Storm and Mystique by Claremont and the amazing Craig Hamilton.
