Everyone is talking about the (possible) cast of characters. But what about the creative team itself? I’ve never heard of any of them. Though, admittedly, I’m out of the loop.
-
Cloonan was the writer of Gotham Academy.

Her face looks a lot more baby-ish. I wonder what her official age will be. Around 14 maybe?

I've heard of Cloonan (not Conrad, I don't believe, or Travis Moore).
Their statements about Diana having fun and "long-time fans should enjoy this series" make me hopeful though.

Cassie's like 17-18 now so I guess it would be a good way to distinguish between them, and Donna's in her early 20's.
-
That age range would make sense, if Yara is going to be Damian and Jon's counterpart the way that Tim and Conner are to Cassie.

I'm not that familiar with Cloonan beyond reading the first Gotham Academy trade once. It wasn't my cup of tea, but that's me personally. It was still a good comic for what it was.
I'm willing to give her a chance for at least the first arc or two. I think the title does need some fresh blood and lesser known talent, as we can't keep calling Rucka back when we're in trouble and other big names (James Robinson and to a lesser extent G. Willow Wilson) proved to be ill fitting overall. So name recognition isn't an automatic win.

I literally begged Becky to tell me she was taking over the book full time last night on twitter, just to wake up to this news.
-
I'm agreeing with the people that don't want to see Max and Liar Liar. That being said I enjoy that the other characters are getting some love and I hope the picture represents a future that connects Diana with her supporting cast.
While I don't know Conrad, I liked Cloonan's Gotham Academy and Travis Moore's art is nice, even if it can sometimes look quite rushed. I hope he gets a handle on that. Overall I'm excited. Immortal Wonder Woman stood out to me among FS from the beginning and I'm ready for a new direction.

Travis Moore was recently an artist on Nightwing, and he drew him very sexy. His style reminds me of pre porn tracing Greg Land, and Will Conrad.

The double page looks awesome. Definitely going to check it out.

Save for Max and his cursed spawn, everything about this sounds like exactly the run on Diana I've been waiting for. Can't wait. Going to add to my pull as soon as I can.
Just restore Artemis's look to 2016, please!

I'll be there when we go live at #770.

Bonus points if she gets back her whip long hair. :p

I'm actually digging Artemis's look here. That hairstyle suits her.
