I was disapointed with the pamphlet that was Batman Arkham: Penguin. While the greatest stories ever told vol 2 has some good penguins stories, 50% of the book are not penguin stories.
After the recent Joker omnibus volume and The Cat and The bat. Are we likely to see a decent Penguin collection anytime soon?

I agree that this omnibus (Batman Arkham: Penguin) doesn't contain all the best Penguin stories. But it has at least one good one - Joker's Asylum: Penguin.

It's a good list (you should send it to DC) I think pieces of penguin comes before c c cold. That was one issue I had with the Arkham collection. It had the first part of the story but not the second.
I'd also include more of the silver age strips like The penguins fabulous fouls and return of the penguin.
There are probably more silver age stories but as they remain unreleased I dont know them.
