Ronn Cobb has died.

Ronn Cobb's designed some of the most notable Cantina creatures; the Ithorian/Hammerhead is of course a major fan favorite. As well as the "Gotal" who is briefly seen seeming to playfully flirt with another alien.

Although not seen here, he also designed the Duros, the green-skinned aliens who bear a slight resemblance to the Alien "greys" from UFO lore. The Duros closely resemble the Neimoudians from the prequel trilogy, and the EU actually had them be distant relatives.

Of course he did a ton of work on other films such as the first two Alien, Conan etc. but this his main SW work.
