The last glowing reviews!
Black Nerd Problems (9.5/10)
There is so much more to talk about. Ewing keeps the mystery going and the mind wondering “What’s next?” for this eerie tale. The Immortal Hulk is one of those books that opens up a character’s world to places that you never thought it could go and it’s fascinating to read just how far this journey will go.
Bereet was an interesting character. She even made it into the MCU, although as a bit of a joke.
Whoa.
Really??

She was in first GotG movie. The alien woman Quill says “Forgot she was there” in beginning of film.

all of her "films" need to be returned to canon. I don't care. The most recent "Secret Wars" series can be the explanation.

Eh...that explains it.
The only MCU films I've seen are the 2008 Hulk, Iron Man, Thor and Avengers.
Nothing after that....no...wait, Dr. Strange.

I'm curious-and sorry if I stated this before-but I'm curious what Paul Jenkins thinks of the current run, given that he kind of created Devil Hulk in the first place, although at least part of his versions have been retconned as Banner seeing him through a sort of skewed perspective as he was the Hulk he was most afraid of.
There's also a scene in Incredible Hulk #12 (Same issue I think that debuted Devil) I believe where Banner is trying to make a deal with the various Hulks to divide their time up due to Banner's failing health, and for one panel Banner appears in Joe's suit and hat. Kind of interesting considering "Sunshine Joe".

I’m really enjoying Immortal Hulk. Best Marvel book on the stands now.
Only thing I didn’t like in the last issue was Hulk apparently killing the tranquilizer guys.
I understand this is the darkest Hulk ever but it still stood out to me.

Well they are bad guys, so i don't mind at all. One Thing i actually liked about Hulk more so than most other superheroes is that he doesn't follow that silly idealistic nonsense of never kill anyone bla, bla, bla...
Nah, Hulk kills dudes and not just kills them he crushes them like grapes, it's awesome.

Who? Namor?
Who? Namor?
Yes it's Namor.
I wonder if the reason Namor is appearing in the IH is because in the Invaders run he is also going after the Roxxon corporation, so perhaps Al Ewing and Chip Zdarsky are talking to one another about it.
