I think they should leave aside people who already wrote X-Men books and give a chance to folks that have been doing well, but didn't have the chance before. Cates and Ewing are the most obvious ones. Zub would be a good one too. I think if you give Rowell enough time, she can find gold with the teens/d-list youngsters like she did with the Runaways. Maybe Slott too? not sure how he's been since I'm behind on all his stuff. And bring Zdarsky too, while you're at it.

i think Hickman will do the same in X-MEN as he did in FF.
Have a team of X-Men in main book and a New Mutants book with all new characters.
The rest I couldnt care less about...unless Ewing or Byrne came on to write one

Not Slott. He's the polar opposite of Hickman, and is dedicating himself to undo everything Hickman did in F4, reversing Doom's characterization, getting rid of the Future Foundation, etc.

the last time a writer tried to force the future foundation and the ff in the same book they got a pointless subplot to shill a bad invaders book

I just hope i snot another male, white and straight fest

Because doing actual assignments are lame, I created my own Hickman-inspired infographic for my "guess" (my wish) creative/character lineup:

Vita Ayala should definitely get a book.

Yeah, that looks close to a Hickman Avengers chart.....only missing individual Symbols.......
(The only other teams where the members have their own logos are, well the Justice League or the Titans)
-
The thing about the Avengers chart is that it had zero meaning. It was just a pretty drawing that arbitrarily put characters together.
