I haven't read this yet... Is the omnibus and library Seed of Destruction versions the same thing, just packaged differently?

The Library Seed of Destruction contains the first two collected editions:[I] Seed of Destruction[/I] (the 4 issue story) and [I]Wake the Devil[/I] in an oversized hard cover format
The Omnibus Seed of Destruction contains those plus several shorts in a standard collection sized paperback
