Where was the thing about Speed experiencing his accelerated time as real time established? Because I don't remember that being mentioned before. Though it has been a while since I read Young Avengers.
Now that I think about it, I actually don't remember it being specifically established, but I always figured that was the case for all or at least most speedsters in the Marvel Universe? Like, their speed is just so inherent to who they are that it just feels like normal speed for them. Which is why they think and rationalize faster as well; it's like their entire body and mind are wired to work at a different speed and they just get used to it as the status quo. So from everybody else's perspective, they're moving faster than usual, but for them, it's basically just another wednesday. I don't know, I could be wrong, but that's how I've always read speedsters (at least from Marvel; I don't read DC and I know they have a very particular mythology for speedsters there).

So, Allan Heinberg is teaming up with Marvel Television and ABC for a TV show about female super-heroes:

I wonder if he's gonna try to sneak in any YA easter-egg there, or maybe even try to use Kate? I'd love Heinberg to be in charge of the YA characters in the MCU, but now that we know that Marvel Studios is planning to produce their own TV shows, I'd prefer if he was working with the YA alongside Kevin Feige.

Articles are saying superheroeS with an S but there's not really anything else that implies is a team show? I think it could very likely be a Kate solo series.

I wouldn't oppose a Kate show, but I stand by my wish that it's better for her to debut in the MCU under Marvel Studios (whether in a movie or in one of the planned spin-off TV shows), just because Marvel TV really limits the characters and where they can appear in the future. I'd hate for Kate to get stuck in her own little corner and never be able to be a part of a possible Young Avengers team in the future.

I should be excited but the timing is weird, there are news about Marvel Studios and Feige working on TV limited series and then here is Heinberg with ABC.
If those are still separated, whoever is in that show might be stuck there like AoS.

Yeah this was confirmed during the Speed/Prodigy issue of Gillen and McKelvie's Young Avengers run. Can't find the exact panel but it's when Speed is doing some menial job, he talks about how it felt like weeks/months to him when it was only a few minutes.

I think they're still separated, or else it would've been reported alongside the news of the Scarlet Witch and Loki shows.

Yep, just found it:

Man, I loved that issue. Tommy deserves more time in the spotlight.

Even if Billy and Teddy aren't being used, at least they're remembered.

And this is why Billy and Teddy need to have their relationship status more fleshed out; people don't even remember they're supposed to be engaged.
So Viv has Billy as one of her magical contacts... Now my mind can't stop thinking about what kind of interactions and conversations they've had in the past, considering their family connections. Zub should really get Billy and Tommy to guest star in this book, IMO.

Oh, kinda lame tbh. It would be cool if they used this need of a magician to get Billy to guest-star. I want to know how his relationship with Viv would be.

Bless Jim for acknowledging Billy AS a mystical/magical resource/option. It seems too often that he's overlooked by so many instances when the rundown of magic folk is brought up in a narrative. He was completely omitted from the entirety of Doctor Strange's whole broken magic plot, despite practically every other mage getting cameo'd or name dropped.

In Zub's defense, it makes sense that Viv isn't keeping current on all of Billy's and Teddy's relationship details beyond "together". And she probably just did a swift 'NET search and came across Billy's instagram account documenting said trip. <shrug>

I know, they are kinda/sorta spiritual siblings, given that the Vision is kinda/sorta their 'dad.' I'd love to see Viv get to meet the family (Billy and Tommy). She's at least as 'related' to them as she is to her robot dad, who made her in a machine shop. :)

Once again supporting my point they need to break up. Poor Teddy is once again relegated to just being the unnamed one. Break them up, use them separately so they can grow as characters, bring them back together again in the future once they can coexist

I'm sorry, but this whole break them up argument is so stupid. Nothing of the sort is necessary for either of them to 'grow as characters'.
All we need is a writer who can properly write a couple both as a couple and as individuals. It really shouldn't be that dificult. People do it with other couples in comics all the time.

Teddy is the weak link. They need to make him better. I propose making him look less like skrull hulk. Even Amadeus ditched that look.
-
Maybe time for a new codename too. Hulkling makes him sound like a member of the Hulk family, but he's actually part of the Captain Marvel family.
