Bat family is too big, some folks need to be killed.
I agree with the Bat family being too big.
I wouldn't want to see any of them killed off, but maybe just walking away from crime fighting . Or pursuing other things .
DC need to retire Bane for a few years, then bring him back as a major player again. He was incredible in Knightfall and it makes me sad to see him dumbed down, or treated as little more than a goon.
If they retire Bane, they're not going to bring him back. That's why they don't do it.
I think that Dick and Jason are pretty much equal as fighters. I guess that majority think of Dick as better since he has been Batman 2 times now.
Dick is actually the perfect Batman replacement, for when Bruce needs a break .
Would really prefer Nightwing in Gotham instead of Bludhaven .
Bludhaven just doesn't do it for me. And Grayson is very well known in Gotham , especially now that he's a millionaire.
If we do that, we might as well rename him "Bruce Wayne Jr.".
Which occasions would you include?
My top choice would have to be his fight with Bane in Eternal.

His hero primarily generates income and therefore it is too early to talk about some kind of objective "retirement", they will certainly stir up interest in the rarity of the franchise, but not so much at all!
Red Hood is a more skilled fighter than Nightwing on many occasions.
I feel like Jason actually quite impressive training get's to often ignored.
And while with other Batfamily members they often highlight that they are particularly good at something, that's never really done with Jason, more opposite and when he does something cool often it seems like the writers than feel often the need to put in some line like that he cheated, or was lucky or will never be as good as Dick Grayson ...

When was Jason able to beat Dick and not just stalemate him when Dick wasn't injured? With the exception of Jason's very early days of return, I can't really remember such an event.

Batman should make Joker laugh himself to death;)

Apparently so, since some people do not even seem to be aware of it.
My top choice would have to be his fight with Bane in Eternal.
Which issue is that?
In Batman and Robin Eternal #9 Jason got stomped by Bane in two pages.

Not Batman and Robin Eternal, just Batman Eternal.
Not Batman and Robin Eternal, just Batman Eternal.
I didn't read Batman Eternal, but the only thing i could find is him fighting Bane in some weird mecha suit and he lost there too, Bruce had to come rescue him.
Anyways, to me Nightwing and Red Hood are in the same level of fighting skills with each one specialising on a different area.

Batfamily isn't too big.
I think they could even add more people.

Explain? Most people think it’s to big because characters are essentially beginning to cannibalize each other as far as roles go. (Damian and Tim , Barbra and Steph)

I’ve never seen anybody provide an accurate argument when they say that.
Having some similarities doesn’t make them the same character, not only that but you said “beginning to” which says that they already have enough in their backgrounds to separate them. If anything, the answer to this argument is giving them their own books or run in Detective Comics to flesh them out more.

It's likely that most of the characters who don't have a book (with the exception of Tim) probably aren't popular enough to have a book with sustainable sales.
It seemed like DC used the secret files one shots to measure interest and popularity, but they kind of dropped them following fear state.
The Urban legends book seems like it was created to give characters who don't have a book an opportunity to have stories. While it helped develop the new status quo for Jason and had an interesing arc for Tim, I'm not sure how much it helped other characters?
