Is this going to be a linewide event?

Seems to be. Getting sort of an "Infinity" vibe from it. Like it'll touch a lot of the books but the tie-ins will work within the confines of each book's own narrative.

Just got Word that my Unusual Suspects and Parts of a hole reprint are due to arrive any Day.
A late christmas gift you might say :)
Yeah, I'm expecting Usual Suspects tomorrow or maybe Monday. It's perfect timing since I've timed my weekly Daredevil readthrough to get to Daredevil: Ninja in publication order so I'll go ahead and read that once it arrives.
What are everyone’s hopes for Zdarksy’s DD run?

I've been deliberating iver whether to pick up the Unusual Suspects TPB as I already have all the issues in one form or another but it would be nice to have them all in one package.

Nice. Where would you put Ninja at, reading wise that is, inbetween which issues?

I've never read any of the material before so I have no idea what to expect. But that goes for a lot of the books I buy.
how does this War of the Realms fit in with the "death of Daredevil"?
In the first image of the War of Realms Daredevil was using the sword of Heimdall, so I think that is true that he will get an upgrade, even if it's just for the event.

It doesn't. Won't start until after Zdarsky starts his run.

I think you can read Ninja right after #15 (before Bendis's first issue of the regular run) or even after #19 (directly after Bendis's first few issues). Probably the former would be best. I haven't read them in a while and can't remember if there was a continuity factor. I wasn't too impressed with Ninja.

That's part of my motivation. I don't have Daredevil: Ninja, but I have the rest. But the Bob Gale story is only in floppy, not in trade.

I'm reading it after Daredevil #15. I'm also reading the original Marvel Knights around the same time so technically I'm going Guardian Devil, Parts of a Hole, Marvel Knights 1-9, Daredevil: Ninja, Spider-Man/Daredevil. I don't recall whether I selected this moment because of publication order or if it makes sense chronologically. If I had to be honest, the expected arrival date of this trade paperback could have also factored into my decisions. The Marvel Chronology Project seems to put a lot in the middle of Parts of a Hole (all these stories plus Marvel Knights up to #15). I'm not entirely sure the reason for that.
