Hey, so I'm playing catch up and I see Impulse is back now... Is this Bart Allen from pre-flashpoint and pre-teen titans days and change to Kid Flash or a new version. Have we seen a lot of him yet?
My understanding is that it is Bart Allen directly conutinuing on from pre-Flashpoint, just choosing not to use the Kidflash identity anymore. Maybe de-aged the way Wally was but with all of his memories intact.
