Matter-Eater Lad has way better feats. And a lot more of them.

Doesn't Maggott have superhuman stats as well? If he can avoid being chomped by MEL he might be able to beat him down.

MEL has eaten inertron which is on par with secondary adamintium, he also has a legion flight ring as part of his standard equipment.

I think he will ingest Maggot's "gurls" if they approach him to eat him and then Maggot will be fucked up. :p

Matter Eater Lad has the better eating feats, but this seems like a first hit wins scenario regardless.

If Maggott's psychometry allows for a precog-like effect, he might be able to duck and weave a bit. But MEL has a flight ring and was said to be an underrated HTH combatant in his original version. If it's the version of MEL with the acid spit, it definitely goes to Tenzil.
