As noted, curbstomping the Quintessence and the Spectre.
In which case, we know exactly how he does against Odin.
He slaughters him.
Spectre is generally in the Galactus+ power range. Galactus beats Odin comfortably. If Darkseid is curbstomping not only the guy who beats the guy who beats Odin but the Quintessence as well, Odin is generally just massively buggered here.
It’s an utter murderstomp.

I don’t recall him being in that level...he often has to deal with some silly loophole

No, he is not at the LT'S power level. He maxes out at universal level instead of multiversal.

Depending on how much power The Presence has put in to him he has been LT Level before.
His best feat was keeping two universes from colliding with each other afair, but it severely strained him out.
I honestly don’t know how DC fans are supposed to keep track of DC continuity and comparative power levels these days.
Pre-Crisis, as bonkers as it was, lasted 47 years.
Post-Crisis, with admitted gradual power-creep for Kryptonians etc, lasted for 26 years.
Between those two, we got from 1938-2011.
In the ten years since, it’s got to the point where it’s basically been every twenty minutes that they’ve changed continuity and ripped up the power levels.

Agreed, I think he’s got a few beings who’ve him
