Trek the Xybrian (the same species as the TimeForce Green Ranger), the "original" Psycho Ranger (in the comics continuity), takes on the MCU versions of Captain America and the Winter Soldier.

I'm assuming this is regular, morphed Psycho Green rather than unmorphed, right? I ask because in morphed form, he was able to decimate the 1960s rangers, including crushing one to death with a boulder on the moon (while gravity is lighter on the moon, the boulder, and the capacity to crush a Ranger and their durability, would be proportionate and thus would be an even more powerful feat on Earth). He also killed their Pink Ranger by destroying the visor and exposing them to the vacuum of space.
MCU Cap and Winter Soldier are arguably stronger than their 616 counterparts, but not by much. His ranger form surpasses each of their physical traits by a comfortable degree.
