She was completely unbelievable in that role
I didn't notice. I was too busy picking my eyes up the floor after seeing how good she looked in those shorts.
Oh, Short Round. Willie Scott in that movie was equally annoying
Kate Capshaw's acting was almost unbelievably bad... I only give her a pass because I suspect Spielberg told her to chew the scenery like that.
IMO Joffrey wasn't annoying, just unlikeable
To the characters in the story (except Tyrion and Cersei) he was terrifying. Watching at home and safely out of his power, though... my right hand would unconsciously clench into a fist and start twitching whenever he was on screen. But that's a tribute to Jack Gleeson's acting, since that was exactly what was supposed to happen. Probably ruined the poor guy's career, though.

Has anyone mentioned Ruby Rhod from The Fifth Element yet?

I didn't care what she looked like. I just thought she brought down the movie with her inability to act like a nuclear physicist

I think she was intentionally annoying, which means she did her job!

I heard he quit acting but I can't be sure
Star Trek shows have a LOT of that.
For me it was Rom. Barely tolerable in small doses, but then they started having whole episodes with the Ferengi.

Gary from Legends of Tomorrow.

And they made him Grand Nagus!
Joffrey on Game of Thrones. The most punchable character in TV history
Well, at least he was supposed to be annoying so good job i guess lol.

Kim Bauer from 24?
Quake from Agents of Shield
Kate from LOST
All the "Comedy" Aliens from Star Trek
That lawyer guy from the first Jurassic Park, but I'm pretty sure you weren't supposed to like him. I'm pretty sure there is more but I'm drawing blanks.
Funny thing is in the original novel he's pretty much the most heroic character after Grant and Ellie. Also, while movie Genarro is intitally skeptical about the Park but changes his tune immediately after seeing the Dinosaurs, Novel Genarro remains skeptical throughout.
Hammond in the novel is pretty much a greedy villain and Malcolm is not that lucid after the T-rex attack. Since Hammond is a much more positive character in the movie-especially after things go wrong-and Malcolm is somewhat more active (if a bit sidelined) Movie Gennaro pretty much got Hammond's attributes (Novel Hammond also is pretty similar to the Ludow character from the next film) as well as those as a jerk tour guide from the book for his death/role on the tour.
Here's an interesting write up on that (Which reimagines novel Genarro as played by Jon Hamm).

I'd like to mention Bob Benson from Mad Men-it's like they had some kind of complex plan with the character but totally forgot what it was by the final season?
Quake from Agents of Shield
I thought SKYE was kind of annoying, but I really got to like her once she became Quake.

Oooh, i had to endure one more watching of Frozen recently cause i happen to have nieces and cause god enjoys to humble me any new and old ways he can and man, that sad mofo Olaf...
Un-fcking-bearable.

I really can't stand Cisco on The Flash. It's like every fake artificial geek fan service element from Big Bang Theory got boiled down into a single entity. I know he's a beloved element of the show, but he just kinda ruins it for me.

Miko from Transformers Prime easily gets this award. No one comes close.
She was the only bad thing about Transformers Prime. There hasn't been a word invented yet to put her on the level of annoying she's on. She was also completely useless too
