Has there been a female Moon Knight?
Yes.
IMO the most obvious one is Dr. Strange
And of course--
The Ancient One was more like the lastest in the line of Ancient Ones than the Sorcerer Supreme, because they were searching for the one to be Sorcerer Supreme. So she was only occupying that place until they found the actual one. So I'd relate her closer to female version of the Ancient One.
No, she was literally the Sorcerer Supreme. Wong described her as such. In fact, Stephen ISN'T. Not yet, anyway.
In the 2099 universe, both Moon Knight & Strange are female:

We also saw a female Moon Knight in the Kang mini last month.

Obviously there are a lot of gender-reversed female counterparts in AUs, but in 616?
There's no She-Sasquatch to my knowledge. Snowbird briefly assumed Tanaraq's form to fight a Tanaraq-controlled Sasquatch but that's it.

A Nighthawk Girl would be cool.
Deadly Nightshade became Nighthawk in Occupy Avengers, after the out of suit Nighthawk got killed during Secret Empire.
Marvel ladies of super-speed include: Spitfire, Aurora, and Black Racer.
Oof, should've remembered Spitfire, she was in the Marvel Avengers Alliance game that I used to play on Facebook. And yeah, of course Northstar's twin sister has the same powers he does.

Does lightspeed count as a speeder?
Does lightspeed count as a speeder?
Not in the technical application of running/moving at superspeed. She is a fast flyer. But then so is Photon, Monica Rambeau and the Silver Surfer, Gladiator, Hyperion, Sentry, etc
-
Funny thing is in the lego games she is a speedster. In fact she is one of the only speeders in the game who can also fly.

Hmm, was Jesse Quick in one of the DC Lego games before then? Sounds like they gave Julie her powerset. Julie is normally only a flier, not a ground based speedster.
Was there ever a female Juggernaut?
No but there should be. I’d name her…
Jugs

Only female speeder in dc lego games other then ones you can create is fierce flame.

Lightspeed is really good in lego avengers as she can run fast and do the speeder puzzles and can fly and do flight races in one. Again she is the only speeder in the game who can fly making her really good in hub world missions.

Thanks, but didn't Walter Langkowski become Wanda Langkowski at some point? There's also the Sasquatch who is the Heather Hudson of an alternate Earth, if memory serves. I know I didn't specifically state it, but I'm really shooting for someone who doesn't have an alternate female form anywhere in the Marvel Universe.

This was tougher than I thought it would be.
What about The Texas Twister? Does he have a female alt. running around anywhere?

You would think that male gods wouldn't have female counterparts but Thor proves us wrong, however is there a female Hercules in the multiverse?
Has there been a female Moon Knight? There must have been several MK over the centuries, like there has been several Black Panther and Black Knight.
But I don't think they ever introduced one.
Other big names characters I can think of (outside famous X-Men like Cable or Beast or Iceman) are Luke Cage and Blade (who almost had one, but it didn't happen).
edit: But on the "should" part, I'd say only Moon Knight qualifies.
Or maybe "national" heroes like Union Jack or Arabian Knight too.
Moon Knight 2099 was female.
Moon Knight and Luke Cage both have daughters now, that may grow up to become the female versions of their fathers
Was there ever a female Juggernaut?
At one point Illyana volunteered to become Cyttorak's champion, so..... presumably there's an alt-U where Peter let her do it.
