From what I have seen, I would say Quake. Better trained, more likely to blast while Siren is still drawing a breath and far more skilled if it comes down to hand to hand.
Yeeah, Quake's powers have a far greater reach.
As for Hand to Hand combat, it could go either way.

Has the Black Siren improved that much? Watching on Netflix, I'm a season behind. Last I saw, BS (never thought about those initials until right now) was pretty wimpy in hth while Skye/ Daisy was annihilating highly trained operatives coming at her all at once in pure hth.
