I love Jean through this because she and Scott showed something no other character showed in this entire event consistently. Strength of character.

Sometime ago Scott was ready to sacrifice kids and his own son. Good tht he changed and now somehow is the paragon of virtue
I need Marvel to deliver and fully utilize Jean's new status quo by giving her a team to lead.

Good thing our past is a part of us and we aren't our past. Scott did that and i am glad his is making up for lost time and past mistakes.

She'll be co-leader with Scott at best.

Sure, but don't gloat about being moral when you did really amoral things. Seems like Scott change on Rosenberg's run when he said he was wrong.
It's also a way of whitewash guilty, but I 'm gonna let it pass
I hope Jean remains a main presence in the main X-Men book going forward.
With only the most passive aggressive acknowledgements from Hickman towards whatever Aaron does with the Phoenix, only to do his own stuff with it.
I hope they don't bring Vulcan and Havok back and the story turns out to be about the Summer Brothers ...

Good, we haven’t had her and Scott on a team together since..Morrison? Lol
Unless you count the 05 time travel team

I was so used to seeing Scott and Emma working together that it's going to be really weird for me to see them together again omg

That is dissapointing

They have never "led a team together" and won't be now either.
She's main character's girlfriend, not the leader.

I do like her and Scott being on a team together. What leaves a bitter taste in my mouth is that she has to lose her position of power in the government for it.

"true power comes from one self, it can never be given or taken away" ......this is something Doom or Apocalypse would say, but I believe it is fitting.

The worst part is that he doesn't deserve her back, but as everything is build on superficialism on krako the perfect mother is back with perfect father and their teenage below average son. It's crazy how much recent chaarcterization was thrown up since Hickman started writing.
It was great to see Jean say "to me, my x-men" but it wasn't earned.
