I particularly liked that it genuinely seemed to improve every season. I just rewatched season one last month and plan to rewatch season two sometime soon, probably next month as we approach Halloween.
Back then, it was on HBO. An animated show on HBO is, IMO, pretty epic. I didn't have HBO and the VHS were hard to find. I recently started watching a few episodes. Still pretty awesome.
It was great. They did a nice job with the voice casting.
Fantastic adult animated show! basically like Hellraiser meets CSI, Batman TAS, Lovecraft and Ninja Scroll with nice animation by Madhouse and great cast.
I was 15/16 when it first aired on HBO and been anticipating the show since it was announced the previous year and dug it, one of my favorites.
