Most of the comics from past to present, I couldn't find any one of them since most of the guys alway sleep with their boxers or pajamas pant on only. I don't know because so far I couldn't found one.

I don't know if he slept in them, but Shang-Chi used to wear pajamas most of the time.

I didn't know that superheroes actually slept.

This is exactly what I was thinking of, there are a lot of scenes with Vision in pajamas.

I'd also say Reed Richards too, but I think they both just wear the bottoms.
If I had the body of a superhero, I'd never wear anything to bed. :cool:
