Also, what version of Legion will they be using? Probably the original, right?
We won't be getting any specific version. Like Smallville and the animated series, this is likely gonna be doing its own thing, this time in full CW style no doubt.

Makes sense, but I'm betting it'll be heavily based on the originals, and not so much the other reboots.

It wouldn't surprise me if in the interests of diversity, they include a few of the newer more diverse characters rather than race-(or skin-tone, I guess)changing so many of the originals. They should at least dig Hawkgirl's wings out of CGI mothballs and give us Dawnstar for a few scenes... (one big CW family and all)
Ultimately, any Legionnaires with significant screentime will likely come from what they need out of the story more than which LSH character has more seniority or fanbase.

It's the CW. They racebend. Already happened with Imra.
I'm still hoping for Jenni, so if Flash introduces Bart, we can see them together in a crossover, but really, I'm not expecting anyone but Querl and the founders to have roles with even a small amount of prominence.

Race bending doesn't really bother me (does it bother anyone for the most part?), but I would like the characters with odd colored skin, like Querl or Shikari, to retain their original color.
This would be the perfect place to add Bart but I doubt that will happen

Depends on the circumstances for me. In the case of Imra's casting, I have no problem at all. They wanted a founder/probably need a telepath for the story they're telling and that leaves Imra as the only option.

Implying we'll be lucky enough to even see Shikari.

Thing is I'm not sure how you even do Bart in live action. Smallville didn't even try with its "Bart Allen" and the amount of talent it'd take from a young actor to properly capture the character is insane.
Would still of course like to see it though.

It doesn't bother me but it's hard to picture Imra as not a blonde.

I think the age is probably the more difficult part with Bart, especially with how old they ended up casting for Wally.

Haven't watched last night's Supergirl yet (Too buys working and loving Runaways), but apparently on top of not being a blonde...Imra is Mon-El's wife.

On-top of that she looks a lot more like Shadow Lass.

Perhaps it is a good thing I don't follow DC TV.....

I do find Supergirl the weakest of the shows.
Peace

Glad to hear it! Book 2 is coming out in 2018.

Book 2 should be even better. The White Triangle storyline is one of my favs from that era.
