Pretty. I'll be picking this up because I'm super intrigued along with pretty much everything else!
So everything is being collected as Dawn of X when it comes to trades? Not X-Force or Excalibur. Is this something they've said before?
I’m sure they will be collected separately as well at the 5/6 issue mark. This strategy gives them more immediate sales from the trade format, which is usually out of reach for months after a story begins.
This makes sense to me, though, given the momentum and the profile of the DoX branding.

This is exactly how I feel. It is better than the books we had before it but is not something super great as some people are painting it.

I'm shocked that you hate everything. Shocked I tell ya!

That's a good point.

Or you’re too willing to overlook ooc writing and nonsensical plots. There was no point A to point B on how most of these characters act so that’s why it’s hard to care about where they are at now.
And things like the Xmen boating around drugs/people when they have literal teleporters and more advanced technology breaks in semblance of sense.
Excalibur is a hot mess where Gambit and Jubilee are whiny, Rogue could be replaced by any inanimate object.
XForce makes no sense with the whole “we went soft”. What it’s been like a month at most since Krakoan started?
And xmen has the most stilted dialogue ive read all year and equally forgettable art.

Gotta agree.
I've gotten into another fandom over the last month, so I'm not as impatient, but I am hoping Wave II has at least a little something for me.
This first Wave..meh. And Thompson's Deadpool are not looking good.
I like Betsy's psychic french horn. It's silly but in a fun way
Pissed off about Fallen Angels but I have Aero and Marauders to look forward to I guess
X+4, Wolverine, Excalibur, X-Men, New Mutants definitely and maybe X-force and Marauders for me.
Wait, what the hell is Gambit throwing at those warwolves?

Same. I hope she does more odd objects like that.
Gambit is throwing a chew toy for the cuddly warwolves.
Cutting back so only Marauders, X-Force, and Wolverine for me.
XM/FF feels like Astonishing era all over again
