Boycott "Children of the Atom"
thx
Peoploe never really give up on this character? teenage pregnancy pls no
Seems like they are getting their ideas from fanfics
dodged Laura and Cable to get this
Honestly, at least Laura and Cable could have been interesting because of the Daughter of Wolverine/Son of Cyclops hook (though much less relevant now than had Teen Cable been around during Schism to run with it).
You don't know anything about these characters except that they're not Hellion and Mercury.
*yawn*
When Editorial has LITERALLY said they can't let the X-Teens grow up because it takes panel space away from the O5+ it's inevitable where this new book is headed.
Children of the Atom are probably some allegory, let's face it this is X-Men, for cultural appropriation or whatever the kids are calling it these days.
Yes, I am joking.
I'll definitely pick up:
- X-Men #10
- Excalibur #10
Might check out X-Factor #1 and Cable #2 as well.
For me:
Wolverine #3
X-force #10

That hasn’t stopped the New Mutants from being relatively successful characters with longevity.
I don’t expect these kids to replace or rival the big leagues but...there are other ways to be a successful title/team. I just don’t know what your expectation is here or why it warrants repeated griping.

And the New Mutants were introduced in the 80s by Claremont, so there you go.
The New Mutants were barely in use between 1991 and 2009. Only Cannonball, Sunspot and Wolfsbane got shine.
I'm likely getting all of the titles. Especially now that it looks like everything isn't going to be published twice a month.
I suspect the new characters in Children of the Atom will be the Mr. Sinister creations that were mentioned in House of and Power of X.
It's funny how Children of the Atom, a comic whose audience target are teenagers, makes adults behave like kids.
X-Men #10
Excalibur #10
Marauders #10
New Mutants #10
X-Force #10
GSXM:Nightcrawler #01
CotA #01...pending prev pages.

Yeah the boycotting comments are a bit too much. We don't know a thing about it yet.

I don't get that either. Making snap judgments based on little to no information is...incomprehensible.
I'm definitely interested in CotA but I'm not committing to it until I learn/see more.
