Emma has always used her sexuality as a weapon since the start, but she’s never been that blatant with it. What is this an Austin powers film? Even with some of her more revealing costumes, she still manages to leave some to the imagination.
With that said, I’m actually shocked she was able to take down these guys with her telepathy, with how everyone these days has psychic defense technologies.

That's where the boobies come into play. That moment of esitation was enough to get their shields and BANG!

I’ll admit the set up was a bit cartoonish. All it was missing was the guards’ eyes bulging out of their heads while they start howling like wolves.

That would be amazing tbh.

These poor telepaths gotta get more creative now in order to get results on the battlefield! While jean and psylocke have their telekinesis as a crutch, what will Xavier do since he has no boobies??

Well he's wearing a very tight suits now.

It reminded of the R-Rated Hero Midnight from My Hero Academia.

Xavier starts giving you a very boring speech that distracts you enough to use telepathy.

I'm bi, so he has one trick with me. lol
It has E.V.A. vibes, I think that may be a product of the World, just like Fantomex and the Cuckoos.
The first thought I had when I saw it was..."Is that you, E.V.A.?" my one tiny miniscule inconsequential nit is that the design looks too plain and simplistic. A gay man captains it, the Mercury should always be a visual delight.

So I was sitting here and I started wondering why they never play up that Emma is a brilliant inventor or has this been changed?
I know her telepathy is only second to a few but I would love to see her scientific mind a little more.

I have a feeling that Emma is very outclassed by other scientists to explore that facet a lot.
It's like Ben Grimm, he is very smart, after all he is an astronaut, but he lives with Reed Richards.

They kind of played on that in Rosencanny, where she was actively involved in making the Cerebro to erase the humans memories (or at least she kept calling it "my Cerebro") and she, Nemesis and Sinister found the way to counter the poison in Logan's body. It was kind of a nice touch.
Mike Carey also made her knowledgeable about brain stuff and neuroscience.
I hated during IvX when she said she couldn't even pass a chemistry class and didn't know anything about it, and it showed how little Soule knew about her.
But I agree with Glio. In a room with Beast, Xavier, Forge and such you're not going to look like a genius lol. But I'd like to see her do some weapon based on TP in the future.

I loved Emma in this issue, even if there was a slightly cheesy scene with the boob power. She has a strong voice in the book which is all that matters.
Anyway, I wonder what her reaction is going to be when Xavier tells Emma they’re going to stop trying to resurrect Kitty? I can see her turning against Xavier at some point.

Emma will be angry but I think in the end she will be realistic. They can't keep stopping the resurrection of millions just for Kitty.

She won't forget that Xavier refused her to get near the Five and Kate's pod.
