But it's nice to see him dragged out there in public. It is VINDICATION.
And for once it's not the "jilted fans of color" that are doing it.
I mean...the guy is friends with the U.S. version of Kim Jong Un. Of course he hates diversity.

I would agree with this. i

I'm curious as to why he still has a job. Is Disney about to fire him because Feige could be bringing heat on to disney with this confirmation they have a person who feels this way on their payroll. Especially with the amount of visibility Marvel has now in the movie world.
Wait, Ike presided over the era of Marvel comics when they were trying to make their roster more diverse.
It's clear that he just allows whatever he thinks will make money and tries to stop anything he thinks won't make money. His opposition to a Captain Marvel movie was that he (wrongly) thought female heroes always bomb at the box office.
The reason I bring this up is not to defend Perlmutter but to remind us that powerful content producers are not our friends and they just do what they think will be profitable. Feige has better instincts on that score than Perlmutter but he'll do whatever he thinks will make money and cancel anything he thinks will fail, just like the rest.

Which would be understandable to an extent if said person wasn't also making racist remarks such as all black people look alike among other things.

Also just my opinion but him taking people of color and trying to replace their white counterpartsrather than create interesting stories of their own was a back door way to set them up for failure. Like you can't do diversity unless you replace.replace replace and that in of itself was untrue and set off a negative start to the push.
In other news, water has been confirmed to be wet.

This. I guess “confirmation” is cute and all but wbk

Apparently not so well known if some don't think the audience were intelligent enough to see the negative false start to diversity he put forth by trying to imply the only way to add diversity was to subtract from the already established white characters.

The people making these comments i find very interesting. I guess some of these views on oppression and the need to talk about it really does only extend to fictional mutants.
