It is my favorite as well.
Two-Face explaining the coin to his goons

Good side won, they rob during the day and the result goes to charity
Evil side won, they commit crime at night and keep the money
Two-Face pays his goons in two dollar bill, and they do the same to their friends

I've ALWAYS loved the simplicity of the two tones black and white suit... even if the tie was impossible to tie that way...you think Two Face uses clip-ons?

Each one has it's own trait that makes it beautiful. The Black and white suit is what I think of first though because that was my introduction to Two-Face back in the early 90s.
Just noticed something - One of Two-Face's looks consists of secondary colors (orange, purple, and green). I don't if that was intentional but pretty clever if so.
The black/white suit is the best. In addition to the facial scars, it pretty much tells you all the themes you need to know to understand the character just by looking at him.
B:TAS was the first to do it, right? I'm honestly surprised it took that long.

As am I. I also couldn't agree with you more; the black/white suit is a thematic must for the character.

It's intentional. The secondary colors become classic villains color since the heroes are wearing primary color. Like Joker's purple and green to Batman's blue, Luthor's purple and green to Superman's red and blue.
