Humm, maybe. Only two problems: Being Scarlet a redhair could cause confusion with Mary Jane, and the "Scarlet Cat" could cause confusion with "Scarlet Spider". Some changes should be done, but it could actually work.

Emma Frost. They're both blondes who are foils and romantic rivals to famous Marvel redheads and Emma's diamond motif would fit well with a cat burglar.

You're welcome, and that would be a good idea. From what I recall, there is an Egyptian goddess of weaving, associated with fate and destiny, called Neith, and she is sometimes associated with spiders. Could use her in place of Khonshu for Arachknight.
