I don't mind that people discuss Wanda Vision or Winter Soldier or really anything. But there are places all over there boards to do that.. Like you said this show is really good. All I am saying is if you are posting here post about this show.
I hear you. Although the momentum of many threads is unpredictable...
Was there something specific you wanted people to discuss about the show?
For me marvel is proving well that a transition of leads is very possible with steinfeld being a great choice.
Also felt Florence the new Black Widow feels like a solid choice. Scarlett has long been a favorite female lead in general.
So Marvel has a big task after endgame to rebuild its roster and some choices seem to be excellent.
Personally I think Kates mom is the bad guy and she killed her dad.
I do think Kate's mom is a baddie but for some reason I think maybe the dad is still alive and could come back later on? There was a funeral but never saw the body. Just guessing.

Its ok its not really a big deal. It was just something I noticed. I think the show is the best one so far. I think if they were able to tighten up some of the action scenes it would even be better.

Hmmm. See I sort of felt she killed him. They were having money issues. They never actually show dad in office. And mom doesnt show up for a pretty long time considering what is actually happening. Its a very weird scene. But you might be right.
I have enjoyed Hawkeye more than other attempts by Disney to do comic TV shows. They still need to work on the pace of the episodes.
Episode one was fine, Episode two was bad, Episode three was going well then the end felt way too abrupt. I think I will actually get through all 6 of this one.

Her dad is a baddie in the comics; there’s a chance they either changed it to be her mother, or will have him reappear as a baddie.

IIRC Kate's mom ain't no saint in the comics, either.
You are correct. While I don't like Walker's actions, he was still better done than Sam or Bucky IMO
Battlestar was disappointing, though.

Ironically the seemingly only normal person in the Bishop family, Kate's older sister, has been written out :p.

They did him dirty.
Has Kate sister been used in any stories outside of the Young Avengers introductory arc? We can assume she left her family buffoonery behind after getting married

I think she was mentioned once in the Fraction run. She's shown up in the recent Kate mini-series.
I agree that Kate's mom is the villain. She was the one who got threatened and then the dude who did so ends up dead. I think her new boyfriend is a red herring and he's actually harmless while she's the one actually involved in a bunch of shady stuff.
Also, I've loved the teases to Echo's 'uncle' last episode. Can't wait for 'uncle' to finally show up on screen. It has been too damn long. Missed the dude
Starting to wonder if Kate's mom is actually Madame Masque
Swordsman seems way too obvious as the culprit for it to actually be him.

It would be nice to see an MCU Madame Masque that, y'know, is actually Madame Masque :p.
I don't think they'll make her a Nefaria but maybe she chanced upon Tony in college...
