Boiling a couple of hot dogs, I'm going to use some left over Kelchners Cocktail Sauce as a condiment. I'll also have some Cool Ranch Doritos.
I love Kelchner's Cocktail.
chocolate peanut butter swirl ice cream(coconut)
Jimmie Johns sandwiches from work that a supervisor said we could take ( they were probably left over from a client meeting or something). Turkey and one looks like some kind of ham. Also Magnum ( malt liquor).
Fresh salmon with Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce and Asian medley vegetables.

Yes! Yes, indeed!
Some weird pasta salad thing they gave us at work.
Chile mac. Cup of cooked elbow roni, can of chili, can of diced tomatoes, heat and top with Parmesan cheese.
Chili w/ shrooms and a side of cauli & cheese.

I've never eaten at Jimmy John's - it falls into the category of a place I'll always try to avoid for business practices. Chick-Fil-A and Nestle also have landed there, although for more extreme reasons.
Breakfast was a wheat bagel with egg and sausage on it. I'm about to scare up lunch but I haven't decided yet.
Shrimp Veracruz on rice tonight! One of my faves!
Steer burgers tonight with crisp lettuce, sliced tomato, zesty pickle and Spanish onion. Homemade potatoe wedges and side of applesauce.
Brandy. Later I'll probably fix some sort of pork chop dinner.
Vietnamese food for lunch. There's an off strip place called the Lemongrass Cafe here in Vegas that's pretty good. Although I probably won't get the pho this time.
There might be better places on Spring Mountain Rd, but I'm not feeling the interstate today, considering that it's down to 2 lanes in places there used to be 5.
My hope was to hit the Henderson location of Monta Ramen, but it's still closed for rebuilding. A shame, because the other location is excellent if you like Japanese style noodles.
