I am pretty sure one of the mutants will betray the X-Men and Krakoans. I have highly suspect it's all part of the plan like how one mutants could reveal the true motivation.
So far suspect:
1) Mr Sinister
2) Beast
3) Professor X

Beast...and sadly he will probably think he is helping everyone.
Agreed on it being Beast. Morrison foretold it.
Though unlike Wanda, he'll be more conscious of his actions and be extremely petty when he gets upset. (05 moment)
Lifeguard.
Edit!!! Wrong thread.
Apocalypse

By the time we see him again he'll have like 50 more kids.
Which mutants could become the next incredibly popular and successful Marvel Studios character with their own tv show that’s one of the top shows of the year? Hopefully Storm.
Another SW baiting title

And he'll appear on Jerry Springer (whose mutant power is dated references) when Maddie alleges that Cable was actually his too.
There is no mutant with power comparable to Wanda.
Men being listed here is interesting because historically, it seems like women are used as the locus for such storylines, and it tends to stick to them forever, while it doesn't happen with men. Or at least if it does, it's quickly forgotten.
Legion: insanity, insane reality-warping powers, daddy issues.

With all the money she’s saving, Wanda should help a girl out and start paying my rent.

I agree with your profile of who gets slapped with this kind of storyline. People often compare what happened to Wanda and Disassembled/House of M to Jean and Dark Phoenix, because it follows a basic plot: too much power drives a heroine of good standing power mad when put under mental trauma, and now she must be hunted down and killed to save everyone. Even when she’s allowed to return, she becomes a figure of infamy.
If we follow this formula, someone like Sinister or Beast wouldn’t become the new Wanda the way Wanda became the new Jean. If anything, it would be someone like Storm or Kate Pryde suddenly committing genocide, and after revival, had it explained away as being possessed but alway looked at side-eyed.

Legion isn't insane anymore. Hasn't been for some time.
