Yeah, I think that's probably about right. Lord Boros has a lot of similarities to Radiant. Doomsday is a bad character for rumbles. He excels at rematches, has a million different versions who often have different powers all together, but few of them have super speed or flight so BFR remains a consistent weakness for him.
Defeateth by the Yeeteth. As the younglings might say.
But yea... it's either a stomp or a BFR.

But this particular fight is different as the OP says to the death and a BFR doesn't do that. And I don't think Boros can seriously harm DD due to his durability, healing and evolving on the fly powers. He won't be able to touch Boros either so it becomes a stalemate or a fight of attrition.

Well yeah, that's basically the decisive factor. And it kind of comes down to how you evaluate that durability. I can see a case for Doomsday tanking it all, but I can also see a case for him not.

And this is ultimately why i believe DD wins this. Boros will, like with Saitama, up his game in his attempt to destroy DD. Once he sees he can't hurt him, he will use his tiring final form, in which case he tuckers himself out enough trying, and failing, to harm, much less kill; Doomsday. Eventually he either passes out in exhaustion, or gets too tired to avoid DDs onslaught.

I'm operating under the assumption that the rules prohibit a 10 count or BFR victory.
HP Doomsday survives (casually) a blast that is equal to a million simultaneously detonating nuclear weapons.
I don't believe Boros has confirmed firepower on that scale.
His final blast might be similar? I took it as an extinction level event and not a full on DBZ style planet busting attack personally. At any rate, we dont have any actual feats for it beyond a general presentation iirc.
So. If it is approximately that powerful it either gets ignored or if it's a bit stronger then HP DD still has potent healing which should pop him back up.
Boros needs to be in his final form to even attempt this which will start damaging himself.
I dunno, I feel its either a stalemate or eventual DD victory under these restrictions.

In the manga, his attack was said capable of destroying the earth's surface, completely glassing it.

See, I think Doomsday is outside Boros' ability to harm in that case.
He casually trashes multiple class 100's in straight fisticuffs in Doomsday Wars for example. Like in a physical dustup, Orion, Manhunter and Clark are all equally useless against his durability.
OWAW was... problematic for a dozen reasons but it also shows HP Doomsday smashing through a literal army of Imperiex drones.

On the flipside, I feel like an Arby's meal would cripple him.

Just like it does everything else. Little known fact: Thanos was on the toilet because of an Arby's meal.

Not to be too Grade 6, but saying that after what big posted is REALLY unpleasant.

I always wondered if one could laugh with a tiny bit of vomit in the back of one's mouth. Mission accomplished!

Arby's any time, really. I mean...back in my non-vegan days I ate there exactly once. Ugh. Never repeated that mistake.

Great curly fries though.
