Sam's in a funny position where because of him being the first African American hero and also being a Captain America while also being dat humble community everyman, he can provide an interesting middle-ground between Luke and T'Challa's worlds. Or be torn between them. I'm definitely not throwing out things writers could pick up. Perish the thought!
Wow, she's almost Synch-like in presentation. Interesting!
True, too bad they just didn't bring back Synch and gave him this look! I really want to know what is the deal with creating and writing GOOD black male mutants/heroes??? People get all squishy when bias and racism get brought up but then the medium slinks right back into the mess???!!!

I in in the Blue Marvel camp...the man needs to be out there more.
And Lemar Hoskins/Battlestar seems to have not made the list.

Synch was mentioned in the last issue of X-Men.

Was this Hickman, or prior to? I feel that since new writers will be taken cues from Hickman books for a while, that anything written before won't matter.

Great, now if Marvel can put Blue Marvel into serious rotation with some conviction.

Lets just say there are some X-writers who are asking the SAME question. Maybe wave 2 will answer that question. Because it's being asked.
