I agree that he could have done better as it's not very like Bobby to do that. But I also understand the blind rage he was feeling. Sue understands it too...
Why act like the Fantastic Four hasn’t been on good terms with the X-Men, Magneto included?
This is a fair question, but that was during the Headmaster Erik phase in the 80's when Mags was legit redeemed. The FF were one of the first heroes to step up for him and defend him against people like the avengers! But that was years ago before Mags did some really hinky stuff. Don't forget that Magneto is legit responsible for hundreds of thousands of civilian human deaths and mutilations. His kill count might be in the millions if Fatal attractions is still canon. Y'know, when he EMP'd all the continents on the surface of the world.

That was shade? It's the truth.

I think that might have changed after Onslaught...
But they were paid by Verendi to murder. So I think they are murderers.
they ddin't murdered Kate or any mutant that we know

Baby Apocalypse took over the mojo-verse and has a kill count in the billions. He's the most effective version of the character ever. For the sake of world peace and the continuation of human existence, I would look away if the X-men decided to eat this baby.

Don't forget that all Sue did to Eric was hold him upside down. A couple of pages later, he was throwing cars and trucks at her. Escalation, much?

They would have if not for Bishop's fast action with that penis gun (weird panel)

She didn't kill anyone because they weren't trying to take him, as she says.

The whole thing was a setup to get Sue to act out and for Franklin to feel embarrassed. Worked like a charm. ;)
That's the thing that gets me. I know FF and the X-Men are run out of separate offices and yadda yadda but here we have a vaccine going around and no one thought it would be interesting to see what the FF have to say about that?

It just shows how isolated the X-offices are, especially at that point.
And this is why I keep saying the editors and editor in chief need to exercise their authority and rein in continuity more.

While true, that would be a different matter with the risks of being a soldier infiltrating deep into enemy lines. In that case, mutant or not, they will kill you if you’re cover is blown. In Kitty’s case, it was an ambush from Shaw.

You're not wrong but these guys, along with the other groups, were hired by Verendi to kill the mutants. At least that's what the local kid told Bishop. It was just a matter of who got to them first. And we do know these guys were going to hand Kate's body over to Verendi for her DNA. No bueno.
To loop this back into the thread, this is partly why the mutants feel so strongly about their nation and everything they're doing, which is what Sue was questioning.
-
Krakoa should be able to legally claim mutant children from flatscan parents. A mutant growing up in a human environment is a form of child abuse since it stifles their development and exposes them to anti-mutant bigotry.
Wow...someone went there. 'Sorry..your kid test positive for the X-Gene. We have informed Krakoa and they are sending a retrieval team to take your child from you. Don't resist or you will be put in jail or killed.'

Just like to make a few comments.
Bobbys violence : I think people are ignoring the nature of his powers. I've many , many times thought that if he went around freezing people into blocks of ice he would in fact cause horrific damage. Loss of fingers , limbs , and probably life.Just this time the consequences are shown. And of course the frostbite would be inevitable.
Cyclops encounter with the ff : I've read that multiple times now. Cyclops is the perfect gentleman here , a true boy scout .he could even pass for English. When Reed says he has a problem handing over Creed (in defiance of international law) Cyclops backs off immediatly.
I sometimes think we are all reading different versions of these comics.
