I totally forgot about Zauriel. Just a Hawkman knock off with god powers thrown in.

Let's see... Definitely agree with complaints about Batgod, B&TB notwithstanding. I don't really "get" Booster Gold whenever he's being a doofus, and yes I have read a good number of issues of his early solo series. I still didn't "get" it.
Triumph... I feel like he doesn't even count as a character, haha! So maybe he's the worst.
I like Zauriel.
Lemonpeace, we normally agree. To avoid us having to fight, please read the first dozen issues of Booster's 1986 series, which was a brilliant commentary on celebrity culture.
I suspect what you're reacting to is Giffen's horrible bastardization of the character (along with Blue Beetle).
for the sake of our relationship :p I will give it a shot but I make no guarantees.
Damian Wayne (He technically joined in No Justice)
I was going to go with Bat-God, like a few others.
But based on a technicality, it's Damian I guess.
Hal Jordan, because I just can't stand him.
I never cared for Hawkman
Triumph, because that whole "force him into continuity" never sat well with me.
Batgod. I can't stand the batman is always 10 steps ahead nonsense.
I think Giffen and DeMatteis did the best interp of Batman as a League member without diminishing the others. After that, Joe Kelly
Cyborg, always reduced to super hacker tech support guy with no personality or character with the rest of the team.
G'nort.
Although many of those listed upthread are contenders (and a few others I like!).
But #1 has to be G'nort, who was far more Giffen-tastic than even the most irritatingly unfunny 'Bwah-hah' interpretations of Beetle and Booster.

Manitou Raven, hands down.
There have been a ton of lame "one-and-done" type of Leaguers, so I won't even mention any of those because it's low-hanging fruit, but of the more prominent members I will say "Aquaman" - especially since this is a "least favorite" category. I don't find the character annoying or anything, I have just never enjoyed seeing him on the League - for someone who's been with the team as long as he has and on a bunch of lineups, different looks or angles played with him, he's always just been "meh" to me. On a team with so many more interesting (or even potentially interesting) characters, I see him as a waste of page space. He's just never done anything for me.
