It's not presumably, Marvel has already said that the returning/new books will pick up storywise 8 months after Secret Wars ends.
So we should be getting something at SDCC?....

Sure, but now the returning books will be all-new and different. Maybe the Hulk gets a cellphone or something.
I'm sure just this little teaser of an article, with no information, will lead to massive speculation and paranoia throughout this community.
Get me titles, get me the names of writers attached to those titles, then we can talk.
Hopefully editors and writers will look at what did and didn't work with DC's One Year Later event. The worst way to go about it is to have changes that the creative teams have no idea how to conclude or that effectively ignore the jump. Busiek's Aquaman would be one to emulate. Yes, it wasn't widely read because it was Aquaman but Busiek had a plan and it showed as everything unfolded.

So business as usual then....

That is what Marvel is counting on.

IT'S A COOKBOOK! IT'S A COOKBOOK!!
But yeah, hopefully Marvel will be tactical over both pleasing traditionals, fans of what we're getting for Battleworld and any hopeful newcomers. And get specific titles and names assigned to them out soon. And probably say something to stop those CompleX types from panicking. :p
And by all different, they mean the same as it is now

if the rumors on Bleedingcool turns out to be true, there will be some unique changes.

Heh.
Yes, a green one. Coated with chlorophyll; or powered by gamma radiation, or by an unstable scientist's bad temper.
Didn't we already have a couple of "all-new":s? Guess it's that "all-different" that makes all the difference!
More like "Somewhat New, Not At All Different", because it looks like that once SW ends, 616 Marvel more or less picks up where it left off.
