If you want an idea on what Karla Pecheco's writing is like, read Fantastic Four 2099. I was NOT expecting that ending and I LOVED it. Seriously guys, check it out.
Thanks for the recommendation. As a 2099 fan, I was already going to check it out, but your recommendation just tipped me over. Thanks.

And with that, I think Jessica Drew will be in fine, fine hands.

I think so too. I'm really looking forward to it. I hope they do something at C2E2 for its launch.

Just to recommend it more, this is how I reacted for the rest of the issue:

(Venom#19)
This is when I saw that ending:

(Absolute Carnage#5)
So yeah, if she can have that kind of quality for Spider-Woman, I'm in.

Spent a minute scrolling through her feed and saw an Olive Garden salad with breadsticks, so we have hard confirmation that she is a person of high intelligence and pristine taste that we should all stan.

My reaction, too, more or less.

Funny, that's precisely how I reacted too.
Now I want Olive Garden.

7 Wild Moments from old cartoons. One of them is Spider-Woman's entire first episode - first she gets given Peter's origin instead of her own, then she fights aliens disguised as mummies!

Jessica's entire series is wild. I absolutely love it.
Here's an interesting conversation on Twitter between some comic creators about the original Spider-Woman Run

I'm happy to see Jessica getting a good push again. While I thought her last series was a huge misstep in advancing the character, I hope this is a return to her roots. Spider-Woman was Marvel's first female character to reach 50 issues. Dazzler, She-Hulk and even Ms. Marvel failed to reach that milestone on their first (and in Dazzler's case -- only) series. I'd love to see an Epic of the Claremont stories. I thnk his work on SW was much better than his work on Ms. Marvel (which was kinda standard 70s fare).
