Not particular characters you actively dislike, but are ambivalent towards.
The ones that are intended to be funny because, to me, they never are. That’s excepting the beginning of JLI which I loved even though it didn’t make me laugh. My sense of humor just doesn’t mesh with “funny papers.” I’m pretty sure I’ve never actually laughed out loud at a comic book. So my answers include G’Nort, Ambush Bug, Lobo, and the like. I don’t actively dislike them, I’m mostly just nonplussed by them.
Harley Quinn. Though that probably doesn't qualify since I hate her with the fury of a thousand suns.
Damian. I get the concept. But his arrogance is just off putting.
Booster Gold. I don't like the concept of a guy who cheated at sports and then steals equipment to make himself a hero.
Guy Gardner. I think he's an idea whose time has passed.
Lobo. This is another Harley Quinn situation where I think they are just trying too hard.
Tim Drake. Not the one from BTAS, whom was Jason in all but name, but the one of the comics and animated Young Justice series.

I never noticed that when watching TNBA. Pre or Post Crisis Jason?
Tim Drake and the entire YJ generation
Jason Todd
Kyle Rayner
I don't have an intense dislike of them, but I don't really care for them either
Harley Quinn - for some reason I've never enjoyed her comic appearances. The animated stuff? GOLD!
Dr Fate - Not sure why. Love the look, love the magical corner of the DCU but this guy has never done it for me.
Blue Devil - Never clicked with me either.
Legion of Superheroes
Green Arrow
YJ Generation (only really like Cassie because of the WW connection)
JSA outside of Alan Scott.

Seconding this.
generally don't care for:
Jimmy Olsen
Tim Drake
Lois Lane
don't care for due to their fans:
Dick Grayson
Wally West
Tim Drake
Hal Jordan
did find some enjoy, now tired of seeing:
Batman
Superman
Hal Jordan
I’m largely apathetic towards many of the iconic Silver Age characters, or their ID during the time - Barry and Hal don’t hold my attention compared to their successors or peers, while I don’t find Dick’s time as Robin as interesting as his time as Nightwing, Babs’s as Batgirl (arguably still pertinent since my apathy carried over into the New 52), or most of the Fab Five Titans in their first IDs.
Doomsday….
Some of the more recent additions to the Batman Family, post-Damian’s appearance. There’s getting to be way too many of them, and I largely find them uninteresting.
Harley Quinn
Damien Wayne
Red Hood/Jason Todd
Green Arrow
Constantine
Harley Quinn
Lois Lane
Most of the GL
Green Arrow
Most of the Robins
Superboy
Cyborg
every characters created by Bendis ... here or at Marvel ... they seem forced and unatural
