Comic Invincible absolutely destroys Brightburn. He just has way higher feats in every department. Except he doesn't have eye lasers but that won't really be important.
Animated Invincible is a closer fight since he's still rather fresh and isn't as much of a natural at the superhero business as his comic book counterpart. How fast is Brightburn?

Looked up a powers compilation thing for Brightburn, looks like he's got "generically ambiguous superspeed of some type,"
Nothing to suggest he's particularly faster than animated Mark.

Then I'm thinking that animated Mark takes it. He gets back up from way tougher punishment than anything that hits Brightburn (the advantage of fighting against superpowered opponents instead of regular folks).
The problem with this scenario is that Brightburn doesn't have any real feats against anyone that could even remotely compete with him physically. He is supposed to have Superman powers so if you just give him that level of strength then he has a fair chance against Mark. However, even in that scenario it becomes a 13 year old vs a 16 year old type scenario, so I would still give it to Mark. Overall, this is an interesting match but I give it to Invincible in the end.
Even animated Mark took a punch to the chest which put cracks in a nearby mountain and didn't die. Seems a like too much from what I know of Brightburn.
