Yes it contradicts it just like the new Moira contradicts the previous Moira.
What book are Taylor and Coello on? Or do we not know?
I think it's an alternate universe Injustice-type thing.
Love that writer and that artist but blegh.

It's not Injustice, it is more like Deceased AU; instead of zombies it is without tech
I don't know if it's an ART TEASE but Tini and Leah seem to tease a small crossover by pics.

Thanks! I believe a while back one of them hinted that they would be doing an issue or story dedicated to humans living on Krakoa. Hmm.
Way of X. I don´t think it has been uploaded:

I agree. Hickman gave Apocalypse more depth and development in two years than he got in the past 30. That's quite an accomplishment and I hope he returns at some point to continue that story.

Is Patchwork Man a new villain?
He became Thanosi again(his undying love for death etc) and Hicks ignored Thanos's character development that wasn't influenced by his origin. Although it was Aaron who retconned his origin. It's not "exact" as in terms what Hickman did to Thanos or Apocalypse but it just that he ruined both of them.
Is that what happened?
I remember he ignores the threat of the Builders and he comes to Earth to kill his illegitimate kid (which was from Aaron's mini) in Infinity and he's written like Thug Thanos after Namor forms the Cabal. We got siked out and the real villain was Doctor Doom all along. The Waifu Death that Aaron brought back is absent and it only comes back when she goes to Thane in Lemire's run.
As for Apocalypse, I don't mind him helping the X-Men for a common goal like with Stryfe and High Evolutionary but this "I miss me wife" nonsense feels like AXIS again. What was wrong with him being an a-hole?

It's what happened during Thanos Rising with his death-courting love. He wanted to kill his kid because Thanos was obligated to Death of killing every illegitimate child birth for which he was responsible. It's gross. Aaron might have retconned his origin but it was Hickman and Brevoort who collaborated with him to create Thane and Infinity. His character development before Aaron or Hickman was totally ignored.
As for Apocalypse, I didn't mind him alliancing with the X-Men before XoS happened. It was pretty cool perhaps because he had sided with X-Men before(X-Force). XoS was something that came out of the shenanigan which Hickman did with Aaron for Thanos.

Yep, 100%. Certainly more interesting than any previous take on the character. I've been wondering if Hickman isn't setting up his own Age Of Apocalypse story.
We're being blessed with Amelia content soon.

Completely agreed, Apocalypse was absolutely a generic villain who was pulled out ever few years to give the X-men or Avengers someone to beat up on. From 2009-2019 he was used a product of someone else's story, first Angel in Remender's UXF, then again in UA as a prop for Thor. What exact compelling stories were he involved in where he wasn't used as a prop? Readers are absolutely correct in calling his family outside of Genesis disappointingly under-developed yet it is the most interesting he's been in years there's at least a new and potentially exciting direction he can go in now that he isn't solely a cartoon villain.
