Well, that didn't go very well. I hope the Blues get the win in Boston. I have a weird feeling that they won't, though.

Yeah, I suspect the Blues were shellshocked after last night's butt-whuppin' and, having shot their wad, will timidly go down to defeat in game seven.
Well, that is not what happened! Blues win!

And I'm glad to have been proven wrong! Congrats to the Blues! Of course, we gotta have this:

And, in case anyone is curious about the song:

Bummer of an end to the Bruins season. I'm glad my co-worker took the day off today, I couldn't deal with the bitching he'll be doing.
The team that has waited the longest finally has their cup!
Excellent to see a different outcome with the Blues winning their first Stanley Cup which involved defeating a terrific Bruins team in 7 games including a game that was not competitive at all game 7 4-1.
The game became a joke in the 3rd Period and the Bruins scored in garbage time, and the Blues for the entire game 7 which is why no excuses should be given for the Bruins.
After decades of disappointment and futility the Blues finally have their Hollywood Style Happy Ending by winning their first Stanley Cup and creating a different outcome in the Stanley Cup Finals playing the Bruins 39 years later.
I'm happy to see the Blues finally win a Stanley Cup which now leaves the Sabres and other teams in the championship drought area for NHL teams that have not won a Stanley Cup.
Glad the Blues won. A lot of great players on that team and they had an upper management that has given the organization a lot of chances to be competitive in the last 10 years. Congratulations, Blues.
He totally deserved it, but I do feel a little bummed that Connor McDavid didn't win the Hart trophy this past season and it went to Kucherov. Kucherov had an amazing year on a stacked Tampa Bay team, but it's hard to argue how important McDavid is to the Oilers.
On the other hand, I am happy to see both Elias Petterson win the Calder and Mark Giordanno win the Norris trophy.
Seattle has named Ron Francis GM of the expansion team.
